Volcano, everyone hate volcano. What is lava. Lava is made up of crystals , volcanic glass, and volcanic gases. As “magma” get closer to the surface and cools, it begins to crystallize minerals like olivine and from volcanic gases. When lava erupts it is made up of a slush of crystals, liquid. The liquid “freezes” to from volcanic glass. “Magma” is hot fluid or semifluid material below or within the earth’s crust from which lava and other igneous rock is formed on cooling. Why we have volcanoes. Volcanoes are just a natural way that the Earth have have of cooling off and releasing internal heat and pressure. Volcano erupt because of density and pressure. The lower density of the magma relative to the surrounding rocks cause it to rise. ...
